The Axemen fall 3-1 in a penalty filled affair between these 2 first round playoff opponents. Acadia likely to get a number of players back into the lineup for game 1.

The final buzzer sounds, Acadia drops a 3-1 decision to StFX tonight in Wolfville.

StFX will gain home ice advantage for the best of 3, 1st round series to start later this week.

Acadia's goal came from Adam McMaster.

Couture is run over for a 2nd time tonight by the X-Men forwards. Seems to be a game plan. Cam Whynot somehow is the only one picking up a penalty on the play... so we'll play 4 on 4 for :34 and then StFX gets a powerplay.
